  • $85 Inspection/Diagnostic fee for laptops that require disassembly

  • Inspection/Diagnostic fee required at time of check-in

  • $85 hourly labor rate - billed in 15 minute increments with a 15 minute minimum
  • $95 hourly labor rate - billed in 15 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum charge
